Old Mutual Asset Management, the U.S. asset management group of Old Mutual plc (LSE: OML), today announced that it has acquired a majority interest in Ashfield Capital Partners, LLC via an agreement with San Francisco-based Ashfield & Co. Inc. Ashfield Capital Partners is a $3 billion boutique firm focused solely on managing growth stocks for institutional and private investors.
